We are committed to providing safe, comfortable transportation for all members, regardless of mobility, language, or medical needs.

Mobility Assistance

All our vehicles are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and other mobility devices. Drivers are trained in safe transfer techniques and will provide door-through-door assistance as needed.

Language Services

We provide interpretation services in over 200 languages at no cost. Spanish-speaking staff are available, and we can arrange interpreters for other languages with advance notice.

Special Medical Needs

We accommodate oxygen tanks, IV poles, feeding tubes, and other medical equipment. Advance notice helps us assign the appropriate vehicle and ensure your comfort and safety.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome. All drivers are trained on ADA requirements and will ensure your service animal travels safely and comfortably with you.
